More than a mirror.
What does political theater mean today? – (by WDR Radio)

WDR Radio Conversation

The 70ies and 80ies effectively defined political theater by its contents. The 90ies and the 00s focused particularly on form and aesthetics as political power. But what is the form of today’s theater? What is theater able to do that other arts and political strategies cannot do? Recorded for the WDR’s radio program the journalist Stefan Keim discusses the political and its manifestations on stages and in theater spaces with Milo Rau, Monika Gintersdorfer, Margarita Tsomou and Florian Malzacher.
