Dear visitors, on this page you will find all the information about accessibility to the Impulse Festival and an overview of all provisions for disabled visitors. We are engaged in an ongoing process to make our festival as accessible as possible and we welcome your feedback!

TICKETS

Concessions
Under our ticket system, prices are divided into four categories that you are free to choose from. Concessionary tickets and lowest price tickets – also for attendants – can be booked without needing to present an official disabled pass.

Wheelchair places
To help us plan wheelchair places in good time, please contact email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Guide dogs
Guide dogs are welcome provided you contact us in advance via email hidden; JavaScript is requiredemail hidden; JavaScript is required. You can book aisle seats by email or through our online ticket shop so that there is plenty of space for your guide dog.

Reaching the venues and access once you are there
The festival is held at a variety of venues. Full information about how to get to each location and accessibility once you are there can be found under “Venues”.

HAPTIC TOUR / INTRODUCTION FOR BLIND AND VISUALLY DISABLED PERSONS

On 7.6. at 18:00 we offer a haptic tour as well as an audio description for blind and visually disabled persons (in German language).

AUDIO INDUCTION LOOP FOR PERSONS WITH COMPATIBLE HEARING AIDS

FFT Düsseldorf is equipped with an audio induction loop. All the performances presented there are accessible to persons with compatible hearing aids.
