Maike is twelve. And in love for the first time. Bill on the contrary has had kissed many. Love and their first intercourse are big issues among youngsters – yet their knowledge is rather scarce. Das Helmi sends four teenage muppets into the struggle of emotional turmoil and changing bodies.
Hints by Lady Chantal and Captain Cock and the support of two naked animators make sexual education as easy as children’s play.

About Das Helmi
In 2000, Florian and Felix Loycke, Emir Tebatebai and Brian Morrow formed Das Helmi. Ranging from pieces for children, classical theatre material to film adaptations, the productions by these four men include them working as actors, writers, directors, puppet makers and musicians. The foam puppets soon became the troop’s distinctive mark. Since 2007, Das Helmi has called the Berliner Ballhaus Ost their home. Their productions can be seen at festivals (Stückemarkt in Heidelberg, No Limits-Festival / Berlin, Mirjang Theater Festival / Korea, AKTO Festival / Macedonia) and at many other venues (Flettstrett Hamburg, Jüdisches Museum Berlin, Rohkunstbau, in Brazil, to name a few). At the Festival Impulse in 2007, Das Helmi was awarded the Dietmar N. Schmidt Prize.
